Refund Policy
At Yuvakshi Tour and Travels Service, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our tour and travel services.
1. General Refund Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to pk.raghuvanshi999@gmail.com.
- Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific service booked.
- Processing time for refunds may vary (typically 7-14 business days) depending on the payment method and bank procedures.
2. Tour Package Cancellations
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund.
- Specific packages or promotions may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.
3. Vehicle Rental Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fees, if applicable).
- 24-48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pick-up or no-show: No refund.
4. Flights and Hotel Bookings
Refunds for flight and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines and hotels. Any cancellation charges imposed by them will be deducted from your refund amount. We will assist you in processing these refunds with the providers.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control (force majeure), refund policies may be adjusted. We will endeavor to provide the best possible solution, which may include credit for future travel or partial refunds, subject to the policies of our partners.
6. Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
